• Identify missing elements in order to improve your academy by implementing a Quick Scan (5 days) or a Deep Scan (10 days).
• Explain the results of the Quick- or Deep Scan in a presentation and a report. 
• Advise relevant staff members on how to improve the identified elements.
• Increase the quantity and quality of your club’s or association’s outflow of players.
• Improve the general performance of your club’s or association’s academy by bringing it to the next level.
• Work in your environment, within your culture and infrastructure, using your club’s or association’s staff and facilities.
